Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, to the best of our ability.

Support and Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Service. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have difficulty using any part of our website or mobile applications, please let us know immediately so that we can assist you:

When contacting us, please provide a description of the specific feature you feel is not fully accessible or a suggestion for improvement. We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our customers and our overall accessibility policies.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer

While we strive to provide an accessible experience, please note that our platform facilitates connections with third-party Restaurants and Resellers. Certain content including, but not limited to, menu images, restaurant-specific branding, promotional graphics, and PDF uploads is provided and controlled by these third parties.

We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content hosted on our platform that is managed by third-party entities. However, we encourage our partners to provide accessible content and are happy to assist users in obtaining the information they need through alternative means whenever possible.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Our team regularly reviews the Service using industry-standard tools and assistive technologies (such as screen readers) to identify and remediate potential barriers. We are dedicated to maintaining a platform that allows all users to browse, order, and enjoy their favorite meals with ease.
